Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if the product is out of stock, payment is not received, or any incorrect information is provided by the customer.

Belief Enterprises will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Customers may request return or exchange only as per our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for used products, damaged products caused by the customer, innerwear, customized products, sale items, or products marked as non-returnable.
If a product is defective, damaged, wrong, or not as described, customers should contact us within the mentioned return period with proper photos/videos as proof. Under Indian e-commerce rules, sellers should not refuse refund/return where goods are defective, different from description, or delivered late except in allowed cases such as force majeure.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on our policy and payment mode.
Customers may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice.
After verification, we may offer replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit as applicable.
